Sometimes, you want to return something you bought from us, and we understand that. As this policy states, our goal is to make this process as simple as possible for our clients.
If you want to return non-medical items, they must be in their original packaging, not opened, and in good enough shape to be sold again. We can only give you a refund if the item you want to return meets these requirements. If these conditions are met, you must let us know within 14 days of getting the order you wish to return before you send it back to us.
You have 21 days from the time you get permission to return the item to send it back to us. After getting the item and checking it with a staff member, you can get your money back as you paid. It could take seven business days to get to your bank account. Please let us know if it still needs to arrive after that time.
If you choose to return the item (not because it was broken or wrong), you must pay for the postage. But if you return something, we won't charge you a refund fee.
This clause's cancellation and return rights for non-medicinal goods do not change a consumer's legal rights regarding broken, incorrect, or undescribed goods.
No matter when you get an email stating that your order has been sent, you can cancel your order for medicine up until the point where the medicine is dispatched.
If you can't pick up your missed delivery or ask for it to be delivered again, we can resend your medication to the same or a different address as long as it is returned to us within 30 days of the attempted delivery.
If, for some reason, any of the goods we sell are broken, incorrectly delivered, or not what we said they were, please let us know right away and:
As soon as you let us know, we'll either send you new items or return the price you paid, plus any shipping costs.
If you tell us about the problem more than six months after receiving the goods, you must show proof in writing that the goods were broken or given incorrectly at the time of delivery so that we can decide whether to replace or refund the goods.
